A web-based archive system built for UCI’s School of Information and Computer Sciences to collect, organize, and showcase student Capstone Projects. Designed for students, professors, sponsors, and admins, the platform provides a centralized space to submit, browse, and manage projects.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Gained hands-on experience translating stakeholder needs into clear user stories, use cases, and technical diagrams for an evolving Requirements & Design Document (RDD).
UX/UI Design: Learned how to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, with an emphasis on accessibility and responsive layout.
Team Collaboration: Practiced Agile methodology, including sprint planning and task breakdown, and collaborated cross-functionally with peers across front-end, back-end, and design roles.
Communication & Presentation: Developed stronger communication skills through weekly check-ins, stakeholder meetings, team documentation, and designing content for public-facing platforms like the project website and capstone poster.
